- Privacy Policy: The privacy policy uploaded on the Platform.
- Scheme Documents: Includes scheme information documents, statements of additional information, addenda, notices, etc.
- Services and Information: Alerts, articles, analytics, views, videos, information, advice, tools, calculators, analyses, reports, data, content, news, prices, statistics, comments, feedback, advertisements, or any other service provided on or through the Platform.
- User: Refers to you, the individual accessing the Platform.
- User Agreement: Comprises the user application form, KYC form, bank mandate, or National Automated Clearing House mandate.
2. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
3. Registration:

- b. Compliance with applicable KYC norms is mandatory.
- c. Users are responsible for updating their registration details promptly to ensure accuracy.

- b. Users may receive updates on transaction status, planning, and other relevant information as part of the service.
7. AMC Commissions Disclosure:
Users acknowledge that FinQuant Investment Services LLP is an AMFI-registered distributor of mutual funds and receives commissions from recommended AMCs. This disclosure ensures transparency about potential conflicts of interest.
8. Modification of Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to modify the Platform and these Terms without prior notification. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for changes to stay informed about current terms and conditions.
9. Severability Clause:
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. This ensures that the rest of the agreement remains valid even if one part is invalidated.

- a. The Operator is not liable for technical errors, interruptions, or delays in Platform operation that may affect service availability.
- b. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Users should read Scheme Documents carefully before investing to understand the risks involved.
12. Liability Disclaimer:
- a. The Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, including loss of profits or data.
- b. Users are solely responsible for investment decisions and outcomes, including any losses incurred.
13. Intellectual Property Rights:
- a. All Platform content is property of the Operator or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
- b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior consent, ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights.
14. Third Party Links/Offers:
- a. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience.
- b. The Operator does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, which may have its own terms and conditions.
15. Access and Interference:
